How long does shipping take?
USA orders arrive in 7–12 business days. UK orders arrive in 8–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and United Kingdom.

Is shipping free?
Yes — all orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 may include a small shipping fee at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every product. If you're not satisfied, email support@petzen.com and we'll help you sort out a return or refund.

How do I start a return?
Email support@petzen.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Are your products safe for pets?
Yes. All Pet Zen products are made with pet-safe, non-toxic materials such as BPA-free plastic, food-grade silicone, and natural ceramic. Specific material details are listed on each product page.

How do I know what size to order?
Most of our sizeable products — like beds, collars, and mats — include a size guide directly on the product page. If you're unsure, email us your pet's weight and breed and we'll recommend the right size.

What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact support@petzen.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or process a refund — no hassle.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

I haven't received a confirmation email — what do I do?
Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, email support@petzen.com with your name and approximate order date and we'll look into it.
