Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After reviewing the claim, we will offer one of the following:
- A full refund
- A replacement product at no additional cost
- A partial refund where appropriate
Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item or an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Minor variations in color caused by screen settings
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
